Tulips are already coming up in Ottawa… and most people have no idea 🌷 Less than a month until the Tulip Festival (May 8!), and the first signs are already here. Some are just peeking out with their weird, pointy reddish sprouts, while others are already pushing through with green leaves. You can actually see blooming tulips as early as late April. A few beds will be in bloom by then. I’ll tell you exactly where, so stay tuned. 😃 But the full canvas of colour doesn’t arrive until the first week of May. 🎨 The Tulip Festival has been Ottawa’s largest and most popular festival for 74 years, attracting between 600,000 and 700,000 visitors over 10 days.
