Sorn is one of the most unique dining experiences anywhere in the world. It’s the only 3 Michelin star Thai restaurant in the world and it’s kind of the opposite of what you’d expect. They don’t hold back on spice, their main course is a shared course centered around rice, and the dishes here feel truly authentically Thai.
