Last week we bid a fond farewell to Gretchen as she heads off on her next adventure. Over the course of more than six years at our restaurant, we had the pleasure of seeing her grow from high school student to college graduate while working her way to Front of House Director. Gretchen consistently took initiative in whatever role she held, thought through systems and challenges with intentionality and did her job with care.
