Please join us next Monday, November 20, for an observance of Transgender Day of Remembrance. We will be honoring our trans and gender diverse community members whose lives have been lost through a candlelit ceremony where we’ll read their names and speak affirmations aloud 🕊️🏳️‍⚧️⁠ ⁠ 💗 The event will feature music from Tara Lloyd Burton, Roberta Holbrook, Vincent Wong, and Joy Iwancio.⁠ ⁠ 💙 freemomhugs, Denver Health, and Jaylin Goodloe, Director of Mental Health Services at The Center, will also be present to provide resources and support to attendees. ⁠ ⁠ 🤍 Attendees are invited to contribute to our ceremony with photos & names of their transgender and gender diverse loved ones who have passed away.
