End of the year thoughts: This year has been incredibly liberating and introspective for me. College dorms, more autonomy, and relationships have challenged me to look inward, to accept my love for myself first. Gender fluidity enables us to experience our identity & expression each day, instead of feeling tied to a singular gender label.  It’s pretty difficult to tap into your gender journey when it doesn’t match up to societal expectations: Clothing, TV, or romantic relationships, there’s pretty clear roles. You “know” what’s expected based on your genitals.
