Guests were treated to a delicious four-course dinner by Executive Chef, Ryan Flaherty, paired with a selection of premium pours from independent Victorian distiller, Bakery Hill. The night started at Ada’s with Grilled Banana Bread and Crème Fraîche, with a Bakery Hill Whisky Sour. Seated under the vaulted ceiling of Archer’s the night continued with Chicken Liver Parfait and Bakery Hill Classic Malt, before an unforgettable Koji Marinated Beef Short Rib and Bakery Hill Peated Malt, and Medjool Sticky Date Pudding and Bakery Hill Double Wood to finish.
