The Cannon Ballers are making an impact that goes far beyond the scoreboard. Through our Score to Give More partnership with foodlion Feeds, every run scored at Atrium Health Ballpark helps provide meals for neighbors across our community. During the month of May, the Cannon Ballers crossed home plate 65 times, resulting in 6,500 meals that will help support local families facing food insecurity. Abraham Nuñez paced the offense with 14 runs scored at home, accounting for 1,400 of those meals on his own. With April and May combined, Cannon Ballers baseball has already helped generate 13,600 meals this season. What happens between the lines matters.
