WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10, 2024: A tornado touched down west of Houston early Wednesday, causing significant damage to a strip center that includes an auto repair shop and sports bar located in the 800 block of Mason Road in Katy. The damage was caused by a tornado, according to meteorologist Brad Brokamp of the National Weather Service’s Houston/Galveston office.
