A hospitality group behind Ojo De Agua, a trendy Mexican restaurant in River Oaks, is the new tenant of a former 1920’s church building at 1658 Westheimer Rd. in Montrose. Gitano Capital will open up an upscale Japanese restaurant in the historic Westheimer Road church building lined with stained glass windows, wood beams and towering ceilings, the hospitality group announced Dec. 19.
