Trinity Episcopal Church in Houston is hosting a Christmas-themed drag show called “Drag Me to Church” to benefit the Montrose Center, a community center that offers aid and resources primarily to LGBTQ+ individuals. The “Drag Me to Church” event will be a first for the Houston church. It was organized in part, as a response to legislative measures passed by Texas lawmakers to restrict public drag shows in the state.
