Shared Dreams, a food pantry and closet for Fort Bend kids in need, is celebrating its 35th anniversary with an open house from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday. The program started out as a clothing swap between two schools in 1988, which served 102 children that year. Now, Shared Dreams is run by Fort Bend ISD and helped almost 30,000 children last school year.
