Harris County maintained its polling locations open an extra hour on Election Day. All the ballots cast between 7- 8 p.m. are being separated and will not be included until the courts determine whether they can be counted or not. The Freed-Montrose Neighborhood Library temporarily halted its operations as they ran out of paper ballots. Additionally, one organization sued the county after the BakerRipley House polling location did not open their polls on time.
