Houston, plan your new route! The ramp from southbound 59-69 to West Loop 610 southbound closes Friday night and is expected to reopen in 2024 with a new ramp. TxDOT's detours will guide I-69 southbound traffic to the Fountain View Drive exit ramp for a U-turn at Fountain View. Drivers will continue onto the first entrance ramp to the I-69 northbound mainlanes.
