Caledonian Braves are delighted to welcome Adam Cairnie as our new Head of Football Development & Pathway, working across Caledonian Braves and Edusport Academy. Adam will lead the design and delivery of a connected pathway from community and school football through our domestic academy and into senior football, with a focus on: • Player development and pathway structure • School and grassroots outreach across Lanarkshire • Camps, clinics and new football-led programmes at Alliance Park • Aligning Edusport’s Scottish-based activity with the Braves methodology This appointment marks an important step in building a modern, sustainable football model that provides young players with clear opportunities to develop and progress.
