Your knees absorb 6x your body weight when you run. Weak quads leave them defenseless.
Your knees don't need less training. They need smarter training.

The Reverse Nordic is one of the most underused exercises for building real quad strength and protecting the knee joint at the same time. The reason it works so well comes down to how it loads the rectus femoris through a full lengthened range, something almost no other bodyweight movement achieves. That eccentric contraction, where the muscle is stretching while working, is the single biggest driver of muscle growth and tendon resilience in the quads. When the quads are strong through their entire range, they absorb ground forces before those forces ever reach the cartilage inside the knee.

This reel walks you through three levels of the Reverse Nordic, from beginner bodyweight to a loaded hold, so you can scale it no matter where you are right now. You also get specific set and rep targets to slot straight into your routine.
