As I got called to serve in a volunteer position in my church earlier this year, I quickly realized that I didn’t like keeping notes on Google Sheets, Notes apps, to-do lists, and even just up on the white board in the office. Too scattered and unorganized. I knew immediately what to do. I vibe coded an incredible tool that makes my life being in the bishopric so much easier. It’s called Bishopric Board. It helps keep track of tons of processes that can get fairly complex like working through a dozen calling changes at once or planning out a month of speakers and programs. To be clear, this does not keep records—that’s what LCR is for. This is meant to just make the tasks of being in a bishopric more organized and streamlined. The tools I use the most are the calling tracker and the Sunday program creator. Tithing declarations haven’t happened yet this year, but I know those tools will make life easier.
