baby, you're like lightning in a bottle. HYROX New York II Mixed Doubles - 1:00:30 - 3rd 25-29 / 10th Overall 🥉 (hybridab) Last time we raced together was in Vegas. We ran 1:05:05. We both knew we could go faster. And, this race ended up being a massive 4:35 PR for us. The plan was to push for the 60 mark and be in the mix. We intentionally did not put ourselves in a foot race, just ran consistently well (34:17) and went to WORK in the stations & through the roxzone (3:09, 3rd fastest). Abigail, I know you surprised yourself with this one but I knew it was in the cards. I would not have put the 60 minute barrier out there if I thought it was wildly out of reach. Thank you for leaning fully in to this race, trusting me wholeheartedly, and putting on a dang good show. I am incredibly proud of you. You did that and you belong.
