Las Cruces Festival and enough green chile to permanently raise your spice tolerance, Las Cruces is one of the most interesting weekend getaways I’ve had! Downtown was packed with mariachi music, traditional dances, local vendors & lots of energy during Mira. Then outside the city, you’ve got desert drives beneath the Organ Mountains and spots like elephantranchbar and riograndewinery that felt straight out of a western movie. Anddd you can end your nights swimming at hotelencantolc feeling like you checked into a Spanish resort.
