Tuesday morning greetings from Caffe Nero in Witney, West Oxfordshire, England. Nero was a place I used to come to most weekend mornings to start the day with a mug of their excellent Americano coffee and a pastry. Life has changed direction and moved on so a visit here is now a rare treat. It was great to see George, the lovely hard-working young manager, again and have a chat Naomi and I talk fondly of days to come when her career as an Afrofusion artist is established enough that she can leave Lagos, Nigeria - the global centre for the Afrofusion and Afrobeats music genres - and we build a new life together here in Witney. We eagerly look forward to the mornings we walk here for a morning coffee and pastry with Wolfie, the big black long coat German Shepherd Dog we both want. In best Shepherd form Wolfie will sit glaring at us with an expression on his face that says "HOOMANS - where IS my pastry?" German Shepherd owners will understand! #caffenero
