Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was named top airport in the J.D. Power North America Airport Satisfaction Study for the second year in a row. “Local flavors make a big difference: One of the bigger drivers of this year’s increase in passenger satisfaction is food, beverage and retail programs,” a J.D. Power press release said. MSP Airport has invested in local businesses in the airport terminal in the past few years. MSP is the 18th busiest airport in North America.
