What fascinated me most wasn’t only the scale. 🌿 Millions of olive trees shape entire landscapes. 🌿 Some groves include centuries-old trees that have witnessed generations of agricultural history. 🌿 Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not simply a product here. It’s part of daily life, local culture and Mediterranean gastronomy. 🌿 Just like wine, olive oil reflects place, climate, variety and the people behind it.
