Circuit ruled the Trump administration's transgender military ban is likely unconstitutional. Two judges found the Hegseth Policy was driven by animus toward transgender people, not military readiness. The administration even conceded in court that there is no evidence that trans troops lack honesty, humility, or integrity. Veterans swore an oath to the Constitution. So did these judges.
