🎾 Welcome to the Shape & Serve Sesh! 🎾
This isn’t your average tennis class it’s a high-energy cardio fitness experience designed to help you build confidence, improve your overall tennis game, and get your body moving!
Throughout the session, you’ll rotate through nonstop activities with only 30-second breaks between stations. The goal is to keep you moving, keep your heart rate up, and help you develop the skills needed to be successful on the tennis court.
Why is this important? Because in tennis, being in the right position is everything. If you can get to the ball on time and set yourself up correctly, you’ll have a much better chance of hitting a successful shot.
