Facial bone loss is a key factor in structural facial changes and visible signs of aging. This is just a small segment from a much longer training session with my students, but I believe it highlights an important topic that deserves attention Facial bone loss is one of the most overlooked yet significant contributors to facial aging. As we age, the bones of the face especially around the eyes, cheeks, jawline, and mouth begin to slowly resorb, meaning they shrink and lose volume.
