Nothing is a coincidence. God’s plan is always greater than anything we could imagine for ourselves. Even in moments that don’t go the way we planned, I trust that He is working everything together for my good. I truly believe my life one year from now will look completely different because I trust God through this process.
And a gentle reminder: please never ask a woman when she’s having kids, why it’s taking so long, or make assumptions about her journey. You never know what someone is silently carrying behind the screen.
I was diagnosed with fibroids, and the original plan was a laparoscopic surgery. But once my surgeon began, she realized just how large the fibroid was and also discovered endometriosis. What was supposed to be one procedure turned into a robotic myomectomy, pelvic biopsies, and fulguration of endometriosis.
The surgery didn’t go the way I planned, but it went according to God’s plan and for that, I’m grateful.
