Outstanding Coach Award 🏆 Congratulations to this year’s winner, Tim Westwood from the University of Nottingham! 🤩   Leading uonwrfc, Tim has delivered outstanding results while driving meaningful and lasting cultural change across the club. Due to his leadership, the programme has achieved its most successful period to date. The club consistently fielded three BUCS teams across all fixtures, demonstrating both depth and sustainability. This season, the 3rd XV secured promotion, the 2nd XV finished 3rd in a highly competitive league, and the 1st XV won the Premiership North title, earning the opportunity to compete for promotion to Women’s BUCS Super Rugby.  His impact extends far beyond results.
