Diamond is the best heat conductor on the planet and we just figured out how to grow it directly on a working chip. Stanford dropped transistor temperatures by up to 70°C. Meanwhile Japan just completed the world's first diamond semiconductor factory in Fukushima, with full operations targeting 2028. The tech is real and the factories are being built. We are actually doing this!! The question is: who scales it first?
