A few of us were invited to experience “Socrates Table”, hemlockboise private quarterly dining series held in The Socrates Room. The evening centers around a chef-led multi-course tasting menu with seasonal dishes, wine pairings, and a shared table designed to spark conversation among people who may have never met before. It was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in Idaho. Every course was beautifully intentional, the telayawine wines paired with each course were spectacular, and Hemlock’s signature tableside potato bar was such a fun touch.
