A glimpse into NITP's Gathering Grounds captured by Mad Camp Productions - A multi- day event where women and alike come to unleash their Creativity and skills across multiple practices - transforming our industry into a more diverse, connected, and skilled community. For the second year, NITP's Gathering Grounds hosted two major events: The Build Up by Arena Snow Parks and Creative Surge taking place at Silver Star Mountain Resort. Three days of building by a team full of women led into a competition made to enhance creativity. Rewarding the community with three podiums, ski, snowboard, and photography!
