Min Heejin’s complaints against HYBE have been dismissed. Former ADOR CEO Min Heejin filed multiple complaints against executives from HYBE and BELIFT LAB, but prosecutors have decided not to pursue any of the cases. Prosecutors determined that HYBE’s claims regarding Min’s alleged “shamanistic management” and attempts to separate NewJeans from HYBE could not be considered false. They also ruled that HYBE’s access to emails and messenger records during its audit was carried out within its legal authority. Regarding the plagiarism controversy between ILLIT and NewJeans, prosecutors concluded that while some similarities exist, they are not significant enough to regard ILLIT as a copy of NewJeans, rejecting Min’s claims.
