Day 2 took us to the ancient walls of La Fortaleza and the sandy beach of Sa Mesquida. Then we went to Es Murtar for an afternoon of workshops — discovering the notes behind our Menorca fragrance with perfumer sophielabbe_parfumeur, exploring illustration with artist shirdaniel, and ending with a gin session by innat_menorca . The evening led us to the salt flats of Salinas de la Concepción, and dinner under the open Menorcan sky with sal_de_menorca.
