After playing around with a TikTok effect, insider editor Paige DiFiore found herself swept into the magical, somewhat confusing world of seasons and colors. The idea is that each person has a "season" of colors that look best on them — winter, spring, summer, or autumn — based on their eye color, hair color, and skin tone. DiFiore turned to Dina Scherer, a color analysis expert, to help her find her colors. The analyst used photos of DiFiore to determine her undertone and season — the results came as a surprise to the writer.
