Killer Kross will defend the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against “The Rude Dude” Matt Riddle this Saturday on MLW Fusion, in a rematch the promotion is billing as the biggest main event in Fusion history. The two met once before in a bout MLW says sent shockwaves through the company, and this time the title is on the line. Kross, who won the championship at Battle RIOT and has taken on the nickname the “Blood King,” will have Scarlett Bordeaux by his side, while Riddle earned the rematch by signing Kross’s open contract. Adding another layer to the title fight is Alex Hammerstone, who has been furious that Riddle took an opportunity he believes should have been his. MLW has raised the possibility that Hammerstone could crash the main event to force his way into the championship picture.
