Electric Callboy, Download Festival 2026 LIVE REVIEW: There are things happening right now on the Apex Stage that have definitely never occurred at Donington Park before. The first time a German Schlager song has been performed. The first time a hardstyle remix of blink-182’s ‘All The Small Things’ has been dropped. And, probably most prominently, the first time that a band has changed into gym gear in under a minute. The thing is that Electric Callboy have always been about pushing the ante in this manner. The fact that they are now able to do it in front of literally thousands is just testament to not letting anyone dull your sparkle. Their rise to the top is all the proof you should ever need that being yourself makes diamonds and this is a well-earned display on Download’s biggest stage.
