75 Hard Day 28✅ It’s been a slower week in terms of working out and focusing strictly on this challenge, but it was well worth it for having Kacy out here in OR and spending much needed time together! Kept the workouts lighter (couple walks a day) and then just finding the time in the day when we’ve got down time to check the others things off the list.
