Every photograph I create begins long before I press the shutter. It starts with a road trip, a wrong turn, a sunrise alarm, a storm rolling in, or a place hidden far off the beaten path. Many of these images require days of travel, long hours of waiting, and a willingness to chase the unknown. Sometimes I hike for miles carrying vintage film cameras. Sometimes I stand in the cold before dawn hoping for a few seconds of perfect light. Every piece is an adventure. What draws me to film photography is its honesty. There are no endless bursts of images or instant previews. Just a single moment, captured forever on a strip of film. Every frame matters. Every image is intentional. These photographs are more than pictures to me. They are fragments of my life, memories from places I’ve explored, and stories from moments that can never be repeated.
