An incredible day as Laureus Academy Member Chris Hoy and the Coast to Coast Challenge team completed their 750km ride from San Sebastián to Barcelona. Over five days the riders have taken on gruelling climbs and breathtaking descents through the Pyrenees, raising funds for Laureus Sport for Good and supporting programmes that use the power of sport to change the lives of young people around the world. Laureus Academy Member sirsteveredgrave and astonmartinf1’s 1jessicahawkins rode in for the final 50km and on the beach in Barcelona, young people from the Alcantara Family Foundation and Fútbol Más, the programme that received this year’s Laureus Sport for Good Award, greeted the riders.
