Two spectators who were struck and trampled by a bull that leapt over a fence at the Sisters Rodeo two years ago have filed a pair of lawsuits seeking a total of $11.5 million from the rodeo’s organizers, saying that the bull never should have been able to terrorize the sellout crowd.
