Pair studying with something your brain likes, a favourite drink or a cozy corner. Your brain starts associating studying with comfort instead of dread.

Race a timer. Beat yesterday’s page count. Turn one section into a challenge. Gamifying a task triggers dopamine and pulls you through the boring parts.
3️⃣ SHRINK THE STARTING LINE:
