YOUNG HITTERS WHY DO WE PRACTICE HIT AND RUNS AND WHATS THE END GOAL🤔 The two main things we want to execute in a game setting is: 1. Protect your runner🏃 2. Get him from 1st to 3rd base👊🏽 The cool thing about practicing hit and runs (even if your coach doesn’t call them often in games) is learning how to manipulate your barrel on command.
