Looking back in my life and seeing how God has remained faithful, it’s now evident why He had me move to Texas and then cheer in the NFL. He was always pursuing a relationship with me, even when I wasn’t Him. He knew this sisterhood would draw me closer to Him and He was patient in waiting for me to see that. It took 3 years of me cheering to see it and realize that I was never going to be fulfilled from DCC. My heart now overflows with the love and joy of Jesus, which doesn’t come from earthly desires.
