Here’s a gorgeous salad idea that needs to be made this weekend. And oftentimes, the most delicious salads are the easiest to assemble. On a bed of lettuce, I used littleleaffarms , I arranged some grilled peaches, sliced tomatoes and grilled corn. I ripped apart a couple of balls of Burrata on top of that and then drizzled with a terrific balsamic vinaigrette. Easy Peasy….and oh so good Serve just like this or top with some grilled chicken, shrimp or steak 🍑 🌽 🍅 🥬 . . Balsamic Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tbls honey 2 tbls Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, grated 1 shallot, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Combine all in a jar and shake well Check for seasoning. . . . . . . #grilledpeaches #burratasalad #grilledcorn #summersalads
