People say that grief would get smaller with time. But four years after losing you, I don’t think my grief is smaller. I think my life is richer. The grief is still there. The love is still there. The loss is still there. But over time, new memories were made. New dreams appeared. New chapters began. It all adds on to the life I had with you though. Maybe grief doesn’t get smaller.
