Giving the viral dot cakes a boozy upgrade. 🎂🌈 Ingredients: -1 box funfetti cake mix -3 eggs -1/2 cup vegetable oil -1 cup water -1/3 cup vanilla vodka mixed with 1 tbsp. simple syrup -1 container vanilla frosting -nonpareil sprinkles Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13” pan with parchment, then spray with cooking oil. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, oil and water until smooth. Pour into prepared pan, then bake for 25-30 minutes. 3. Allow the cake to cool, then use a ramekin as a guide to cut out rounds. Slice each round in half. 4. Place one cake half into ramekin, drizzle with vodka/simple syrup mixture, then add a layer of frosting. Repeat for second layer. 5.
