Dashcam video shows a wrong-way driver crash into a deputy’s patrol vehicle near Prescott. According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy spotted an SUV heading the wrong direction on Highway 69 near Dewey-Humboldt. The deputy stopped his patrol vehicle in front of the oncoming SUV in an attempt to prevent a more serious crash. Authorities say the driver, a man in his late 70s, appeared disoriented at the scene and was later arrested on suspicion of DUI. Thankfully, no major injuries were reported.
