A commercial truck driver was arrested for extreme DUI after crashing into a guardrail on I-40 near Bellemont.
According to AZDPS Highway Patrol, troopers responded to the crash and said the driver showed signs of impairment.
Officials say the driver later tested at a .174 BAC, which is more than four times the legal limit for commercial drivers.
The driver was taken into custody and booked on DUI charges.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
