Phoenix has an unfinished underground bus station hiding beneath one of the busiest parts of the city. The station sits below Margaret T. Hance Park inside the I-10 Deck Park Tunnel, where Phoenix once planned to build a transit hub for commuters. Riders were supposed to get off buses underground and head up to the park through pedestrian access points.
