A late-night crash in Phoenix ended with a driver behind bars after police say he ran a red light and slammed into a Phoenix Fire truck. 🚒🚨 According to investigators, it happened around 1:20 a.m. near 7th Street and Northern Avenue when an SUV struck the side of a ladder tender.
