A Mesa man accused of opening fire during a domestic violence-related dispute was arrested in Flagstaff after federal agents tracked him down in northern Arizona. According to Mesa Police, the incident happened Thursday morning near Hawes and Warner roads. Investigators say 22-year-old Isiah Lambert-Martin fired at another person before leaving the area and heading north. No injuries were reported, but officers say they found evidence that a shooting had taken place. The U.S. Marshals Service later located Lambert-Martin near I-40 in Flagstaff, where agents used a grappler device to safely stop his vehicle. Authorities say he surrendered without incident, and a firearm was recovered from the car. Lambert-Martin was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges including aggravated assault, drive-by shooting, and unlawful discharge of a firearm. His bond was set at $150,000.
