I did a Materuni coffee tasting and learned the whole thing from the tribe that grows it. Hand picked, roasted, pounded and brewed right in front of you. And nothing goes to waste. Anything they can’t use goes straight back into the soil as fertiliser. Full circle. . But the best part was the energy. They sing and chant the whole way through and I could not stop laughing.
